Rabbithole CPA's existing stack stays in place. The portal is an intelligence layer on top — and an optional cleaner UI for clients who want it. It does the structured triage; a Rabbithole staff member always approves the final write.

- Renames the file to a usable name
- Uploads it to the correct ShareFile folder
